Job Description
Responsibilities
- Be in-charge of referral system by creating business through doctor referrals as a strong marketing point.
- Build and improve relationships with customers, key referral doctors and partners.
- Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases of company services.
- Identify potential opportunities and follow up to convert them to real businesses.
- Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.
- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly without denting the image of the company.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
- Work with internal departments (Doctors, Lab, Physio & Imaging Centre etc) to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
- Oversee customer relationship management system.
- Drive business by creating a robust referral system and ensure conversion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration / related discipline.
- Must have at least 3 years of work experience in a hospital environment
- Must have strong tie with doctors and corporates.
- Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and attention to details skills.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
