Job Description



  • The Sales Engineer is responsible for the development and growth of the customer base in Nigeria; including the management of the existing customers by ensuring that engagement and patronage are improved.

  • The Sales Manager will be charged with maintaining old and developing new relationships with dealers, to effectively contribute to the success and growth of our client.


Key Responsibilities



  • Service, maintain, and grow our customer base in Nigeria

  • Improve overall performance in sales, marketing, and customer service in the territory

  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast quarterly sales, and identify new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with sales team to meet set sales target

  • Sales and marketing of company Pump to the various market sectors with a special focus in Water/Waste Water, Mining; Oil & Gas, Industry, Energy, and Building Services.

  • Continuous training on products and applications for Dealers’ sales personnel

  • Manage and motivate all Dealers and maintain a high standard of support to enable market growth

  • Ensure that the Customer Relationship Management system C4C is always kept up to date with accurate customer information, customer contacts, construction sites, opportunities, and tender information

  • Liaise with the head of segments and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and service levels

  • Prepare, produce, and issue reports, documents, and briefing papers according to set deadlines

  • Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 7 years relevant work experience.


Salary

N500,000 - N700,000 Monthly.
