Job Summary

Responsibilities



  • Managing planning and implementation of big multiple complex, turnkey telecom infrastructure project within time and quality

  • Working with the network planning unit in developing, implementing and overseeing roll-out programmes for the Project Department

  • Coordinating, controlling and analyzing the cost-benefit of potential and actual site coverage and implementing agreed action plans.

  • Periodically advising and recommending improvements on sites for coverage and capacity growth of the Company's network.

  • Collating all data within specified area and analyzing for management reporting purposes.

  • Interfacing and managing various Subcontractors on Roll-Out Sites' construction and operations.

  • Resolving community-related issues which may affect Rollout-out programme

  • Managing cross functional project and program delivery teams and third party suppliers and contractors.

  • Managing program, project issues, risks and providing comprehensive progress reports.

  • Coordinate and manage tasks between the SAQ team, Design team, document and control regional project managers during property acquisition stage.

  • Assessment and analysis of sub-contractors deliveries for project qualifications and performance


Education/Certifications:



  • Minimum of First Degree in Engineering/Surveying/Building/Estate Management or any other related field from a reputable institution.


Experience:



  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing telecoms passive and active projects within collocation and rural telephony projects.

  • Must have formal project management qualifications PRINCE 2, APM, MSP

  • Must have formal project management qualifications PRINCE 2 or PMP with human resources planning, negotiation skills, time management, Vendor Management skills etc. with good information technology skills.
