Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Supervise catering operations and crew to ensure compliance with company standards of service at both offshore and onshore locations.

  • Preparation of daily food cost returns.

  • Undertake Inventory and stock control.

  • Ensure good customer relations and satisfaction.


Requirements



  • Minimum of OND in Catering & Hotel Management or related discipline.

  • Possession of Basic First aid, Firefighting, HUET or BOSIET training certificates will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the catering industry, preferably Offshore.

  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Daily food cost returns, and Inventory and stock control.

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

  • Excellent communication, leadership and Interpersonal skill.
