Job Purpose / Objectives

• Lead all plant operations of plant and terminal

Responsibilities

• Implement safe and efficient Production and support operations at site


• Lead ops teams: Production Planning & Analysis, Production Shifts, Power Plant Operations, Terminal Operations, Lab, Training and Competence Management


• Special focus on development / review of operating procedures, operating envelopes, manual of normally permitted operations, permit to work, production planning / integrated activity planning, staffing of shits


• Lead and champion safe operations at site


• Lead continuous improvement of production, equipment reliability, and operations safety at site


• Support nationalization of staff and be focal point for nationalization and competence management program for operations department


• Interface with other departments in GV

Education and Skills Requirements

• At least B.Eng Degree or equivalent


• 20 years oil and gas operations experience


• Gas plant production operations and cryo operations is must, LNG preferred


• Safety first mentality.
