Job Description



Duties and Responsibilities



  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop coordinated marketing content and campaign that can be converted to sales and growth of the business.

  • Design team members KPIs in line with organizational objective.

  • Develop communications budget and ensure communications plans are achieved timely within budget

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media ads and display advertising campaigns

  • Design, build and manage our social media presence

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, target audience and industry.

  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

  • Use effective analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Update and manage website content as needed.

  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

  • Coordinating company’s attendance at health and technology related events such as conferences, exhibitions, for marketing purpose and brand visibility.

  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor.


Identified Preferred Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related courses is preferred.

  • Professional certifications in Marketing, Business development or sales will be an advantage.

  • 2 - 5 years combined experience in a marketing, business development and or sales.

  • Highly creative, intuitive and analytical

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in preferred language/s

  • Great understanding of the digital marketing space.

  • High understanding of sales and the marketing funnel.

  • Creative

  • Target driven with attention to detail

  • Good technical skill in software and application backend management

  • Flexible mindset in market psychology and analysis

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage self and others.


Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
