Job Summary



  • We need a Community Manager who would effectively manage our social media channels.

  • We are looking for a multi-faceted individual who is highly sociable, dynamic and energetic, as well as possess a knack for problem-solving.


Responsibilities



  • Manage all social channels. These include Whatsapp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.e.t.c.

  • Community management, increasing the social followers and driving the fans engagement.

  • Send in weekly operations report.

  • Build relationships with local & international digital (bloggers, e-channels) media on behalf of the company.

  • Crisis and issue management.

  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

  • Organize and participate in community building and brand awareness boosting events.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.


Skills:



  • Social media marketing experience.

  • A person that is consciously glued to his/her phone.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.

  • Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them

  • Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.

  • Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages.
