We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties;
Greet and welcome guest, tend to the questions and complaints, manage booking and appointments schedules, ensures that the reception area is professionally maintained, prepare monthly budget for front office department.
Responsibilities
Supervise workload during shifts
Maintains master control key
Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized
Checks cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift.
Ensures that employees are attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guest, managers and other employees.
Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the general manager.
Conducting administrative duties.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or similar
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar
Proficient in Hotel Front Desk Software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Organizational and time management skills
Good Leadership and training abilities.
Must possess time management and organizational skill.
