Job Summary

• Perform visual & physical inspection for all incoming Raw Material following sampling technique to meet standard requirements that conforms customer requirements and report to Lab Technician.


• Support Lab technician in RM lab testing & data entry.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties

Include but are not limited to:

• Perform visual & physical inspection upon receiving new Raw material / Other Raw Material (RM / ORM) to meet standard requirements.


• Collect samples of received material in order to perform necessary lab testing in QC Laboratory.


• Report to Lab technician visual findings to finalize Material Inspection Report.


• Place “STOP” Tag on quality non-conformity material to prevent issuing to Plant for production.


• Remove warning tape for quality approved material.

• Machines stoppages due to non-conformity RM.

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

Education & Experience:

• Moderate educational level or with 2 years’ experience.
