Job Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for implementing quality assurance policies for PSM, monitoring compliance by conducting inspections, investigating and identifying process issues, and reporting.
Service Assurance
- Implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Regular review of service delivery for conformance with SLAs
- Ensuring that reports due for submission to clients are submitted as at when due
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Identifying and resolving workflow issues.
Compliance Monitoring
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests
- Ensure operational compliance to all laid down policies of the company

- Quality Assurance: maintenance of the level of quality of service by paying attention and monitoring every stage of the process of service delivery
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate fluently in English in both written and verbal communication
- Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals; interact positively and build good working relationships
- Risk Assessment: Risk awareness; ability to identify security risks and threats in assigned locations, proffer ways to mitigate the risks and engage with Line Manager(s) on solutions
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to supervise subordinates effectively and ensure compliance with service standards; required guard strength, post orders and discipline
- Time Management: Ability to manage work time effectively for optimum output and delivery of tasks as at when due
- Report Writing: Ability to gather required information and prepare report for submission in the approved format
- Compliance Monitoring: Knowledge of Halogen operational policies, procedures and service standards, and the seamless enforcement of same at assigned location
- Motorcycle Riding Skill: Ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of applicable rider’s license.
