Job Description
Report directly to MD on Admin Processes
Maintain staff time attendance logs, manage staff leave, Recruitment and other HR Related functions
Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of the company policies is carried out by all staff
Perform Administrative input on all issues escalated by other departments
Organize trainings and talent management to improve capacity building among staff
Oversee all administrative functions for the company
