An Engineering company at Ajaj. Lagos. Needs an experienced Maintenance and Repair Supervisor for immediate employment.

Duties:

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary     maintenance


• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work


• Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians


• Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)


• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)


• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance


• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment


• Service and repair of all Machinery, Vehicles and Tools.


• Participate in coordinating of projects (e.g. Supply)


• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety


• Any other task assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Qualification: HND/B.Sc. in mechanical engineering or related field


• Proven experience in similar role.

Salary: N150, 000 - N200, 000
