JOB SUMMARY
Our Client in the Beverage Manufacturing Company is looking to hire a Receptionist.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Receiving and welcoming of customers and visitors appropriately
- Ensuring the reception is tidy and presentable at all times
- Controlling access via the reception desk
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Order front office supplies such as stationeries
- Keeping inventory of office stationeries and ensuring that such items are readily available.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties like ensuring proper documentations, making copies of documents
- Attending to both old and prospective customers
- Report activities and operations of the office to the branch manager
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
