A degree in Information technology or related fields (computer science; information science; software engineering).
A degree in Engineering with additional IT qualifications or equivalent work experience
A relevant project management qualification (PMP, Prince2, others) or equivalent work experience
Relevant professional certification
Minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant experience providing and managing IT Solutions
Proven International e-commerce & Digital Marketing track record.
A range of experience in hardware, operating systems, software, and application development
Track Record of Customer-centric IT Solutions Engineering & Management
Experience in server and web server administration (Linux, Windows, Apache, etc.) and hosted environments
Experience in implementing CRM systems, Systems roll out / implementation.
Excellent understanding of the local and global information technology and digital sales industry
Exceptional communication skills – written, oral, interpersonal, and business presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, and staff.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, application architecture development
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, digital advertising and revenue and digital analytics skills
Knowledge in customer data management and supporter journeys.
