Job Responsibilities

• Staff should be customer-centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers, and provides all services in a friendly manner.


• Greet and escort customers to their tables


• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies


• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area


• Up-sell additional products when appropriate


• Take and serve accurate food and drink orders


• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff


• Deliverand collect bill payments


• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations


• Follow all relevant health department regulations


• Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Skills Required

• Minimum of OND.


• Great Communication Skills oral and written.


• Must be Articulate and Organized.
