Key Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and direct overall business strategy, organize and coordinate implementation to achieve agreed financial and marketing objectives.
- Provide technical and managerial leadership to the entire team, motivating our people to achieve superior value, service excellence, growth & profitability goals.
- Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objectives.
- Establish and monitor performance-reporting systems (i.e. track performance against goals, ensure workshop and depot managers provide quality regular reports, and provide regular updates to the CEO.
- Plan & direct the organisation's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets & standards for financial & trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence.
- Putting in place adequate operational planning & financial control systems to manage revenue & budgeted capital expenditures and approval of expenses for direct reports.
- Present yearly financial report of the previous year & budget for the New Year to the CEO and Board at the beginning of each financial year, for approval.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of a graduate Degree from a top university, i.e Covenant university.
- Considerable industry experience.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, of which at least five (5) must have been at a senior and strategic management level
- Multi-site management experience in logistics management.
- Strong data and technology skills.
