Job Responsibilities



  • Resolve partner related issues by investigating details of registered queries/complaints

  • Liaise with sales teams to prepare core products demand forecast and ensure target fulfilment plan is achieved

  • Timely communicate order processing flows and proactively provide information on potential delivery or product availability problems

  • Collaborate with Network team and Sourcing to achieve all business CAPEX objectives

  • Escalate critical issues where partners do not agree with resolution/issues open beyond defined SLAs to senior management as per the escalation matrix

  • Prepare order related monitoring and analytical reports

  • Review and analyse order fulfilment related reports to identify issues 

  • Support Manager, Order Management in development of corrective actions or improvement initiatives based on customer order report reviews

  • Focus on improving and maintaining Supplier relationship

  • Liaise with Master Data Management Team for inventory items and all orders Master Data related information/queries

  • Manage individual team members’ performance, identifying the training needs of the team and ensure nominations

  • Provide support to the nuclear team in the achievement of divisional/departmental objectives 

  • Manage allocation of work to members of the team, back-up and leave/absenteeism planning 

  • Allocate tasks/duties to others within a team and ensure cohesive team working

  • Provide coaching and support to help achieve performance expectations

  • Perform root cause analysis for SLAs non-compliance and take corrective action

  • Identify potential sensitive issues and escalate it to the appropriate level

  • Provide information to the Manager on work accomplishments, challenges, progress in work processes, individual and team needs

  • Attend to all queries from the stakeholders/Suppliers/Banks/ Logistics Service Provider (LSP) and resolve queries

  • Notify all stakeholders of imminent shipment and delivery by means of delivery notification and inspection advise


Educational Qualifications



  • First Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management or Finance / Business or Sciences

  • Fluent in English


Experience:



  • 3 – 7 years’ experience which includes:

  • Experience working in a medium to large organization

  • Knowledge of order processing, fulfillment, Freight and supply planning 

  • Understanding of Nigerian import/export regulations and international trade practices

  • Knowledge of Documentary Credit

  • Experience working with international Suppliers

  • Experience using an ERP 

  • Understanding of the Nigerian regulatory space
