Responsibilties



  • Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders

  •  Process customer complaints patiently

  •  Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs

  •  Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed

  •  Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors

  •  Adhere to food, health and safety standards

  •  Plan, train, oversee and manage the members of staff

  •  Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers

  •  Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience

  •  Design attractive menus

  •  Develop a relationship with regular customers

  •  Follow food and safety regulations

  •  Assist with marketing events

  •  Create restaurant policies

  •  Designing delicious and attractive menus and continuously making improvements.

  •  Compile and send sales report to management for review.

  •  Liaising with government agencies.

  •  Keeping the staff updated on the latest trends in the food and beverage sectors.

  •   Ensuring the predetermined quality of dishes and services offered to guests is maintained.

  •  Maintain an inventory for all food and bi monthly liquor

  •  Ensure compliance to all company rules in pertinent areas.

  • Monitor all local sanitation and healthcare systems to satisfy customers.
