  • You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various business development functions including product & partnership marketing.

  • Oversee all branding & business development activities put out by the brand.

  • Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive business growth.

  • You will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets

  • You are required to think strategically, see the bigger picture, and set aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

  • You must have a good understanding of the business products and services and you must be able to advise stakeholders & management about ways to improve and stay ahead in the industry.

  • You must seek ways of improving the way the business operates & keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

  • You will be required to liaise with immediate team and wider company pillars to ensure collaboration and understanding across the business.

  • You will find new partnerships, both large and small, with a focus on growing the the business & customer base.

  • You will be responsible for creating and executing high-growth marketing campaigns.


Job Requirements



  • University Degree in a Business related field. An advanced degree will be an added advantage.

  • Must be a high-performing individual with a visible growth record and 5-8 years experience in leading a team of mid-level experienced staff.

  • Applicants must have experience in the Microfinance and fintech industry.

  • High level of skill and experience being involved in the delivery & success metrics of driving digital SME, Consumer Apps into the Nigerian market

  • Understanding of payments / cards landscape

  • Understanding of digital marketing, ROI, CPA,CAC, CPL and digital business growth metrics

  • Experience in either bank or specific digital / transformation channels within large banks

  • Innate understanding of the banking & regulatory environment in Nigeria

  • Understanding of local & global fintech market, and passion for innovation & driving customer value

  • Optimization mindset and experience working with data driven marketing / sales techniques.
