Job Description
Our hotels seeks the services of a lounge manager the new lounges are located inside the hotels.
The Lounge Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lounge in order to meet the business profits requirements and guest satisfaction whilst ensuring the highest professional services in accordance with the hotels service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup the Lounges from the ground up
- Branding and awareness and marketing of the lounges
- Profit maximization and revenue generation
- Maximize the lounge revenue by up selling, cross selling etc
- Liase with vendors to supply drinks and other lounge effects
- Responsible for the cash inventory allocated to him/her, daily check,declaring shortfalls and separate calculation of tips.
- Update regularly on all new and current offers of the lounge and monitor their sales strategies in daily business.
- Participate regularly in training courses and put the skills learned there into practice.
- Maintain regular contact with frequent guests and all-important guests .
- Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
Requirements
Competencies:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role
- Strong food and bevrages experience background
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken)
- Experience of supervising team
- Combined background in Food and Beverage and Front Office a distinct advantage
