Our client; a reputable firm in the AGRO sector is looking to fill the role of an ACCOUNT OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Accounts Officer could be assigned to any role in the accounts department ranging from handling Receivables, Payables or even work as a Cashier.
- Maintaining financial records.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Checking invoices.
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc or HND in accounting
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Account Officer in an FMCG firm particularly a consumable sector is preferred.
- Able to work well within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be sound in the use of Excel package.
- Experience with an Accounting software is an added advantage.
- Preferred candidate should not be more than 30 years of age and must be based in Anambra state.
