The digital marketing analyst will also be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the various accounts under the company name to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
Responsibilities
Execute on SEM strategies, insights generation, measurement and reporting, ensuring the channel plays a lead role in supporting the customer journey and optimizes for the customer journey in recognition of all digital marketing channels.
Optimize KPI’s to maximize ROI of each marketing dollar spent within weekly budget restraints
Understands and is intimately aware of competitive activity in paid search, ensures that SEM campaigns are set-up to deliver competitive advantage.
Optimize the end-to-end campaign (including targeting segments, creative, remarketing tactics, etc) on an ongoing basis in real-time with focus on personalization
Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations, provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to drive business performance
Produce & manage keyword research, technical, content and SEM audits – analysis and optimization recommendations
Lead day-to-day engagement with agencies/vendors and key internal partners to deliver best-in-class SEM strategies and programs
Develop and test new campaigns to better target users and improve overall marketing efficiencies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Devising strategies to drive online traffic

Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a related subject involving Maths, such as Economics or Data Science.
Minimum of 1-year experience managing paid media (Facebook / Instagram / Google) campaigns for eCommerce companies or clients
Above average level Proficiency in Programming languages, such as SQL, Oracle and Python
At least 1 year of experience in managing and executing ad campaigns across the following digital channels:
Google AdWords: Search & GDN Networks
Social Media: Facebook, Audience Network, Messenger / Instagram
Experience in a digital advertising agency specializing in eCommerce is strongly prefer
PPC Certifications (e.g., AdWords, Facebook ads) is a plus
Able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
