Job Objective
- Drive product awareness and conversions by developing and executing marketing communications strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the company’s vision, corporate direction, brand profile, and products.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to understand the competitive landscape, customer and industry dynamics, and position products.
- Develop product marketing strategies and communicate the unique value proposition to the target audience across relevant touchpoints (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik-Tok, YouTube, print, broadcast etc.) to drive mobile app sign-ups.
- Create compelling messages (e.g., landing page content, product videos, website copy, blog posts, email copy, ad copy etc.) that articulate the benefits of our products to customers to drive conversions.
- Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content.
- Create and manage execution budget.
- Leverage customer insights and feedback to drive product adoption.
- Analyze, report, and present the following performance metrics to relevant internal stakeholders: Monthly app sign-up growth rate, Customer acquisition cost, Number of profile matches, Number of exclusive partners, Monthly active users, Monthly average revenue per user, and Monthly paying customers.
Eligibility Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree holder in Mass Communication, Marketing, or any related field.
- An M.Sc in a related discipline or MBA is an added advantage.
- 4+ years of cognate experience.
- You are highly passionate about scaling a solution that will help improve millions of people's mental and emotional health.
- Experience working at an early-stage technology startup.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation, teamwork, time management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Good knowledge of any relevant email campaign tool e.g., MailChimp
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative
- Experience in market analysis, content marketing and copywriting
- Experience initiating and driving a range of go-to-market programs including, viral campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, events, social media campaigns etc.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
