Job Description

• Contact customers and inform them of overdue debts


• Advise customers on payment options and negotiate appropriate payment plans


• Follow up customer's previous payment arrangements


• Maintain customer payment records


• Working hours: 40hrs in 6days.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.


• Previous experience working as a Collections Officer


• Must have an Android Smartphone


• Infrastructure to work from home when necessary.

Salary

N60,000 - N80,000 / month.
