As Sales Manager for West Africa, you will be working within the company's Sub-Saharan Africa sales team. You will ensure the commercial development of Elum Energy in the region by closing new sales of our solar hybrid controllers.
The position is preferably based in Lagos. Your market will be the whole West African region with a main focus on Nigeria & Ghana,
You will be dealing on a daily basis with EPCs, IPPs, energy specialists and electrical equipment manufacturers to understand their needs and sell our products. You will be reporting to the company’s Sub-Saharan Africa sales director.
You will carry out the following tasks:
- Development and implementation of the commercial strategy
- Carrying out technical and commercial offers
- Conducting commercial and financial negotiations until the order is placed
- Management of customer accounts and/or associated partners
- Support the development of a local distribution network
- Account management with our main key customers and installers in the country
Preferred Experience
- Diploma in electrical engineering / renewable energies
- Previous experience in solar, preferably in hybrid projects
- Previous experience in sales
- *Language: *English (mandatory), French (highly appreciated), Yoruba (appreciated)
