Responsibilities
Prior to the opening of the Clinic, the Executive Assistant will
- Liaise with construction and design team
- Liaise with the web design team
- Take minutes during all meetings and create a task list with deadlines for all parties involved
- Any other tasks as directed by the MD
After the opening of the Clinic and commencement of substantive business:
- Disseminate information from the MD’s office to the OFC and NL staff through memos
- Organise and Manage the MD’s schedule
- Minute meetings and create action points for all parties involved.
- Chase up the deadlines
- Any other tasks as directed by the MD
- Liaise with the marketing department in creating a performance report.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
- Financial Literacy.
