Job Summary

• We are looking for Field Officers with marketing backgrounds who are looking for new challenges and looking to solve problems in a Startup Company.


• The Field Officer is essential in supporting our Company's team to market our cash-to-grow product


• You'll work alongside a small, agile but growing team from beginning to end, as your efforts will be designed to help our Company in our efforts to improve and achieve growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Enroll a minimum of Fifty (50) contributors monthly for our cash-to-grow product


• Onboard, train and organize re-training programs on the Cash-to-grow product and operations to existing and prospective contributors.


• Report Market information, competition and issues relating to our business to management promptly.


• Ensure that all contributors can make contribution payments, transfer, or remittance through MOMO or POS agents nearby and collate remittance advice for update on our enterprise software on timely basis


• Compile and submit daily activity report and any other report as may be required by desk officers on timely basis


• Organize seminars and gravitate contributors to pursue balanced business growth through effective contribution/borrowing mix


• Eliminate ambiguity and increase customer understanding of our products, services, pricing and business model


• Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies


• Answer and receive all customer inquiries, feedbacks and suggestions

Job Qualifications

• Entry level


• WAEC / SSCE / High School Diploma. 


• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.


• Proven sales experience.
