  • Review and Write blogposts, newsletters, well-researched contents for publication online and in print




  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines



  • Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns



  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with the Organization’s targets



  • Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic as well as offline strategies



  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.



  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.



  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through both offline and online channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)



  • Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.



  • Create and follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of good content.



  • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs



  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results



  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction



  • Secure strategic partnerships that promote company goals



  • Develop and implement revenue strategies



  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs



  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients



  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives



  • Develop Marketing Plan for female-led SMEs across Africa



  • Webinar analysis and anchoring


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a communications role.

  • Knowledge of desktop publishing software.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Event management skills.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
