Our client, a leading organisation in the Technology industry is seeking to recruit talent with exceptional Inventory and Warehouse management abilities for the role of a Warehouse & Device Tracking  Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Warehouse Management, Inventory Management as well as Device Tracking operations. To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess good working knowledge of Material handling skills, exceptional Logistics management skills, and a good understanding of SKU stacking heights as well as inventory classification methods.

Job Description:



  • Operate within set warehousing procedures

  • Manage, evaluate, and prepare a comprehensive report on warehouse productivity

  • Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials

  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.

  • Plan future capacity requirements for the warehouse.

  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision

  • Ensure total quality management standards are met within the storage locations

  • Management of inventory and control of raw materials, packaging materials, and accountable for the efficient receipt and Issuance of materials to achieve set objectives and ensure fraud-free distribution operations.

  • Review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention

  • Perform periodic stock checks and maintain an optimal stock level at all times

  • Monitor orders to replenish stock and avoid insufficiencies or surplus

  • Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis


Person Specification:



  • Minimum of First Degree from a recognized Higher institution

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

  • Proficient Use of Software to accurately track inventory and create reports

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
