Job Description



Role in Summary



  • The Sales Executive to be trained and managed to oversee the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organisations marketing message.


Main Duties



  • Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's Sales Manager to see them executed.

  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing Customers.

  • Contributing to sales and marketing plan.

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.

  • Supporting the Sales Manager in day to day marketing activities.

  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.

  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies

  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered

  • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with Partners, colleagues, representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.

  • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.

  • Answers questions from Customers about product and service benefits.

  • Maintains excellent relationships with Customers.

  • Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals

  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance

  • Creates and presents regular performance reports for Sales Managers and Executives

  • Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures

  • Attends trade shows and events to meet Customers as needed

  • Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available

  • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary

  • Researches Client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly

  • Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market

  • Makes product appeal to the target market.


Key Performance Indicators



  • Prompt submission of sales report

  • High retention level of Client base

  • Minimum of 70 % increase in sales leads on monthly basis

  • High rate of conversion of sales leads to sales.


Personal Qualities & Qualifications

Job Holder must possess the following:



  • Ideally a Degree in Marketing, Social Science or Computer Science.

  • Strong and confident communicator.

  • Excellent copywriting skills and experience.

  • Trainable person

  • Social Media personality

  • Commanding personality.


Skills:



  • Accuracy in Data Entry.

  • Swift response to instructions.

  • Excellent customer relations.


Age Bracket:



  • 20 - 30 years of age.


Salary

N80,000 - N140,000 Monthly.
