- We are currently expanding our operations and thus looking for a detail-oriented Account Officer to assist in our Accounting department.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of an Account Officer include keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts. Further to this, we have:
- Maintaining financial records.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Verifying invoices.
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
- Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manners and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- And other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience.
