Qualification: Degree in relevant field

Experience: Minimum of 7 years

Responsibilities:



  • Ensuring that basic facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance

  • Ensuring that facilities meets compliances standards and government regulation

  • Ensure the effective performance management of facilities contract services including building maintenance, security, cleaning, parking and waste management

  • Ensures tenants adhere to agreed security measures and procedures of the management

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of assigned properties on vacancy, major tenants, small tenancy and lease expiration

  • Draft proposals, lease offer and documents on incoming and current tenancies

  • Present marketing letters and documents to potential tenants

  • Procurement and negotiation

  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task
