Our client, a leading luxury fashion house is looking for an experienced result driven personnel to fill the role of;

Location: V.I, Lagos

Job Description: The ideal candidate should be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales target,  profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure individual and group sales targets are met


• Maintain customer experience through team member interaction and store presentation


• Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly report card sessions and weekly sales meetings


• Execution of company merchandising


• Maintain the sales quota through inside sales at retail store on a daily basis


• Supervise actions of the retail sales associates within his/her department


• Prepare cost analysis, quotes and profit calculations


• Maintain knowledge of new products

Requirements:

• Bsc/HND in Business Administration or relevant field


• Minimum of 5years Retail Sales Manager experience in a luxury fashion brand


• Great customer management skills


• Keen interest and knowledge about the fashion industry

Salary: 350,000 net + commission
