Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell and promote the company’s product/services to prospective and existing customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule
- Attend sales meetings and supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest and competitive activities.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Conducting research on prospective customers and setting up meetings with prospective customers to present business proposals and address their concerns.
Requirements
- OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven work experience as a sales representative or willingness to learn on the job.
- Highly motivated and target-driven personality.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Well versed in basic MS packages, Google Doc and Sheet.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
