Responsibilities



  • Responsible for executing and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

  • Assist in organising training and development programs.

  • Assist in performance management processes.

  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

  • Maintain employee records and according to policy and legal requirements.

  • Provide support in the various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, onboarding, contract administration staffing, learning and development, performance mentoring and employee counselling.

  • Maintain, keep and update staff records for future reference according to policy using HR Software.


Requirement



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
