Responsible for executing and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Assist in organising training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records and according to policy and legal requirements.
Provide support in the various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, onboarding, contract administration staffing, learning and development, performance mentoring and employee counselling.
Maintain, keep and update staff records for future reference according to policy using HR Software.
