We are is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager, to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies.
Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.
Responsibilities
Work with cross functional teams (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Cityworks revenue goals.
Create , manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
Oversee the management of all social media platforms and drive content creation
Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
Prepare and present recommendations , reports and findings from experimental data to juniors all the way up to executive level.
Requirements
At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
Solid project management skills with a bias for agile project management
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional product development and sales teams
Strong track record in marketing and/or growth
Outstanding written , oral and organizational ability
Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp and other relevant Social media, email and project management tools.
