Job Responsibilities

• Helps in organizing and overseeing manufacturing of goods.


• Supports the production manager for the smooth running of all production lines.


• Assists the production manager in directing personnel towards maximum performance.


• Assists the production manager in making production plans.


• Assists in monitoring production.


• Work to ensures output meets quality standards.


• Enforces health and safety precautions.


• Working with the production manager in ensuring that production targets are met.


• Working with the production manager in allocating manpower for production lines.


• Ensures that operators keep their machines clean

Requirements

• First Degree in Food Technology


• Excellent communication skills


• Proficiency on the use of excel, words and ERP.


• Ability to manage people


• Must be honest


• Must be proactive.
