Job Description / Responsibilities



  • Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets

  • Establishing the company’s goals and objectives

  • Performing regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement

  • Designing and implementing Business strategies and plans to meet the company goals

  • Developing a comprehensive company budget and performing periodic budget analysis

  • Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies

  • Design work schedules and organize employee training

  • Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities


Requirements



  • B.Sc / BA in Business Management or any relevant field; M.Sc / MA will be a plus

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in fast Food or Hospitality Industry.

  • Proven experience as business manager or relevant role

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and information systems

  • Well-versed in all matters business.

  • A competent leader

  • Able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture.
