Job Summary
- The position requires an individual with vast knowledge of computer usage and most importantly the social media platforms.
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate high usability knowledge of the social media platforms to generate high traffic and importantly sales for the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing platforms and its social media strategy to identify strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
- Research social media trends and communicating same to the management of the company’s marketing activities in order to effect tangible growth to the company sales.
- Generate, publish and share daily content to boost traffic, create awareness and encourage community members to take actions which in-turn leads to the boost of the company sales.
- Conduct regular market, competitor and customer research
- Run the company social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
- Overseeing customer service on the social media platforms.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / BA / HND / OND in Communication, Arts or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Excellent knowledge of computer usage.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with good organizational skills.
- Great knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Active knowledge of social media marketing, market research and analysis.
- Awareness of real estate trends and market is an added advantage.
