Job Description

• This incumbent of this role will be responsible for developing and managing various partnerships with Govt. departments, corporates, foundations and both national and international NGOs, implementing partner agencies, consultants and community for various thematic areas and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop strategic partnership in varius thematic areas


• Developing relationships with external and internal partners and departments


• Drafting MoUs, agreements and partnership contracts


• Networking with different stakeholders and departments


• Facilitate processes and support documentation


• Coordinate Employee Engagement/Volunteers for various CSR activities


• Team Management

Key Requirements

• A Degree in any discipline from a recognized higher institution


• MBA/MA - Business Development


• Experience working with multinational organizations is an added advantage


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role

Industry Preference:

• International NGO/Foundation
