Collaborate with management to re-position business and improve profit.
Implement business relationships and partnerships through direct meetings with customers and industry personnel.
Develop strategy to grow client base and improve customer retention
Create business development strategies to increase the company revenue and brand value.
Research the market trends to identify the customer demand for the proposed products and services.
Develop and implement strategies across all our sub-branches in Nigeria.
Develop workflow processes for productivity.
Ensure to conduct competitor analysis which leads to growth strategies (market analysis and structural implementation).
Manage the planning, development and content creation for physical and digital marketing for online campaigns.
Forecasts short term and long-term business plan for the organization (i.e., making future projections for growth and activity by considering past performances and fundamental values).
Build the Company’s branding strategies.
Analyze industry trends and adjust marketing campaigns/strategy accordingly
Carry out assigned duties
Supervise all BDE activities across region.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 8 years work experience.
