Our client in the real estate industry located in Lekki, Lagos is hiring for the role of a secretary. The secretary must be female with 1-2  years of experience, and a great knowledge of Office 365


Typical responsibilities of the job include:



  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

  • Typing, preparing and collating reports

  • Filing

  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

  • Managing databases

  • Prioritising workloads

  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems

  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients

  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

  • Logging or processing bills or expenses

  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients


Key Skills / Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a minimum qualification of OND with 1-2 years work experience

  • Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
