Job Description

• Identify key users for product and conduct GTM plan.


• Design and execute user operation plans for user activation or retention.


• Provide solid market & user understanding, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product design along with cross functional team.


• Identify key issues in user experience and changes in marketplace, provide recommendations to solve these issues.

Qualification

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in psychology, sociology, marketing, economics or related fields is preferred.


• 3-7years experience in user operation in internet industry.


• Deep understanding of Nigerian. Capable of conducting operation plans independently.


• Excellent knowledge of user growth and MS office.
