George Houston is currently seeking to recruit Digital customer Service Representative for her Client in a Quick service restaurant located in Maryland, Lagos.

 JOB LOCATION: Maryland,Lagos

 JOB DUTIES  

• Taking customer’s order through different social media.


• processing of forms, applications, and requests through different social media.


• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.


• Responding promptly to customer inquiries about the products.


• Communicating with customers through various channels.


• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.


• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.


• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.


• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.


• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 REQUIREMENTS :

• HND/BSC in related field from recognized institution.


• 23-30 years


• 0-1    Year Experience.


• Must be computer literate


• Must be a fast finger and must be able to type fast on social media


• Preferably females for gender balance

 SALARY : N40,000

Must reside around Maryland, Ikeja, Ogba, agege, Iyana Ipaja, Oshodi, Shomolu, Bariga.
