Our client is the foremost luxury goods company in Nigeria with a diversified portfolio that consist of over 13 of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. They are looking to fill the role of an Asst Sales Manager.
Job Responsibility;
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Job requirement;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
- Professional Certifications would be an added advantage;
- Minimum of 10 years progressive sales experience managing a large team in luxury retail business, selling to High Net-worth Individuals and corporate organizations;
- Proven experience in affluent banking, exclusive banking or exclusive banking managing HNIs
- Strong work ethic;
- Integrity;
- Good Analytical skill;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Positive interpersonal skills;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Packages.
