Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all store operations.


• Responsible for receiving and accounting for all shipments of products and storing them in an organized manner.


• Maintaining an accurate record of stocks by keeping bin cards, invoices and waybills


• Maintaining an accurate record of goods received and goods dispatched


• Documentation and record keeping


• Ensuring SOP compliance of all


• To ensure that all dispatches are made on daily basis without excuses or delay.


• To maintain the quality of the stock and to minimize loss


• Maintain the housekeeping records for inspection


• To ensure that all the equipment’s are in good perfect working condition, if not, to report to the technician in-charge for necessary action


• To ensure that temperature records are maintained

Job Requirements

• Degree in related field


• 1-2 years Experience in storekeeping


• Closeness to the place of business is an added advantage


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
