We are in need of an experienced Admin Coordinator with the following attribute.
- Ensuring coordination in meetings and events
- Proper monitoring of office stationery and supplies
- Maintaining internal Admin databases
- Attending to issues as regard Asset Management
- Ensuring all facilities are in good condition,
- Managing the Internet subscription across all locations.
- Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in the Admin Department
Requirements
- Ability to deliver and meet up with deadlines.
- Office set up with cost management
- Maintaining a good relationship with our vendors
- Candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills,
- A strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
