Client: A renowned pharmaceutical and nutritional company is looking for Sales Administrator with experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
Location - Ikeja, Lagos
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Receiving and process sales orders online, or via phone and email.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices and manage purchase orders
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Confirm customers’ information, issue invoices, relay order instructions and complete monthly sales reports
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if
REQUIREMENTS
- HND/B.Sc in any field – (Business Administration)
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel is a MUST)
- Interest in calculation
- Strong communication and time management skills
SALARY
N250,000 gross monthly
