Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Identify well known e-commerce platforms pan Nigeria, for potential discussions about partnering with our brand.
- Supervise and lead the e-commerce sales, drive visibility and product availability across platforms.
- Manage and build strong business relationships between the brand and the E-commerce platforms.
- Manage content creation and deployment on the brand’s website.
- Ensure sync between website and e-commerce
- Provide support to digital marketing activities
- Recommend and marketing strategies and plans
- Manage and oversee the profitability of the business, by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly customer plans.
- Achieve agreed sales volume and control of expenses, based on each, and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage products’ forecast, availability, listing, etc. Development and retention of the distribution network timely and professionally.
- Review contracts with e-commerce platforms, and agree to business terms, favourable for the brand.
- Follow and have a detailed understanding of the competitors and propose ideas on how the brand should stay ahead.
- Maximize customer service on and E-commerce platforms and take any necessary action to maintain same including the satisfaction of any customer complaints.
- Identify and act on cost reduction opportunities especially those that arise out of increased collaboration with the E-Commerce platforms
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years work experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
