An extroverted Marketing Executive who will undertake marketing projects for a Real Estate Company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference in the company’s success according to trends and customer requirements. You should bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services, and public image. in ways that strengthen the reputation of the company and facilitate continuous growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
- Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns
- Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
- Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal
- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge
- and expand personal network.
QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPEREINCE
- Minimum of HND qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Past experience in a similar role and proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Experience of working in a marketing role in a Real Estate company.

- High standard of spoken and written English, excellent telephone and face to face communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Able to formulate plans and persuade others to support such plans
- Ability to obtain, analyze and present information
- Excellent computer skills; MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, databases, CRM systems
- Social Media Campaign and mass online marketing
- Experienced in making presentations to small and large groups at all levels
- High levels of creativity / imaginative / customer oriented
- Ability to establish rapport with diverse client groups and partners
